No punishment for murderer of James Miller.
[Editor's note: James Miller filmed a documentary entitled "Death in Gaza." His murder by an Israeli soldier is caught on film for the world to see, and yet no public outrage. In fact, most do not know who Miller was. What's tragic in this situtation is that Miller's children won't know who their father was either. -DM]

The Israeli army cleared an officer of wrongdoing in the killing of a British cameraman in the Gaza Strip almost two years ago, drawing an official protest from London.
James Miller was shot May 2, 2003, in the Rafah refugee camp while making a documentary about Palestinian children caught in fighting with Israel.
Witnesses said Israeli troops shot him at close range though he wore journalist insignia and waved a white flag. The film shows Miller, 34, approaching an armored vehicle in the dark before the fatal shots sounded.
