Great Britain is a strange place. It has draconian “race relations” laws that imprison white dissidents on a regular basis, it is ruled by one of the most tyrannical left-wing and Jew-pervaded governments in the world and its infamous Anti-Social Behavior Orders (ASBOs) can do everything from commanding a Briton to cease using (or thinking) certain words to making him mow his lawn or take a bath. And yet in some ways, the British press and media are far more free than ours. The British media actually report the news in a way that ours do not, and above all, in publications such as Private Eye, they actually use humor and satire to criticize their ruling elite in a way that no liberal American newspaper could ever get away with.

Something has happened in London that simply could not have occurred anywhere in this country: a major newspaper has actually put Barack Obama under a microscope. The Times of London has apparently had a bellyful of Obama’s cult-like descent on Europe and his gibbering nonsense being received as if it were Holy Writ.

The article begins “And it came to pass, in the eighth year of the reign of the evil Bush the Younger (The Ignorant), when the whole land from the Arabian desert to the shores of the Great Lakes had been laid barren, that a Child appeared in the wilderness. The Child was blessed in looks and intellect. Scion of a simple family, offspring of a miraculous union, grandson of a typical white person and an African peasant. And yea, as he grew, the Child walked in the path of righteousness, with only the occasional detour into the odd weed and a little blow.”

Can you imagine any American newspaper daring to print anything like that? The editor would be backtracking and apologizing in a matter of hours and fired the next day.

The Times article goes on “When he was twelve years old, they found him in the temple in the City of Chicago, arguing the finer points of community organisation with the Prophet Jeremiah and the Elders. And the Elders were astonished at what they heard and said among themselves: ‘Verily, who is this Child that he opens our hearts and minds to the audacity of hope?’ In the great Battles of Caucus and Primary he smote the conniving Hillary, wife of the deposed King Bill the Priapic and their barbarian hordes of Working Class Whites. And so it was, in the fullness of time, before the harvest month of the appointed year, the Child ventured forth – for the first time – to bring the light unto all the world.”

One of the more obvious aspects of the Obama phenomenon is that the media is conspiring to put this creature into the White House. They all seem to be in love with the idea of the first Black president. Critical questions about experience and his policies being typical far left socialism are considered “too rude” and even “racist.” Few reporters are reporting on what Obama says, or what he doesn’t say. The media is not only abdicating its responsibility to investigate Obama’s past and the anti-White hatred of his racist wife; they are actively enabling a completely unqualified individual to skate on into the office of the presidency, as a kind of Affirmative Action hire. It’s lucky some of us still read the foreign press on the Internet and we can still hear the little child pointing out that the emperor has no clothes.
