Most of my articles on immigration have been a narration describing political treason in recent years. for the past five years have been an almost an uninterrupted flow of bad news, in all fairness I suppose one must report on the rare news item which seems to contain a modicum of hope.
Fox News reports: “A government survey finds Mexican emigration dropped 13 percent in the first quarter of 2009 — an ongoing trend as the U.S. economic recession discourages Mexicans from crossing the border in search of work. The National Statistics and Geography Institute found that 137,497 people left Mexico in the first three months of 2009, compared to 159,024 during the same period of 2008… More people returned to Mexico than left: Immigration to Mexico rose from 120,715 to 138,599 in the first quarter, a 12 percent increase. The institute released its findings from household surveys Tuesday. Mexican emigration has dropped steadily over the past two years, a trend experts attribute to the U.S. economic downturn and tighter border security.”
Granted, that’s encouraging. But we need to be realistic about this.
First off, 137,000 illegal immigrants in 3 months is still a hell of a lot of Latinos.
Secondly, there don’t seem to be any reliable statistics on how many Mexicans are going back to Mexico due to inability to find work because of the Obama Depression. True, there does seem to be some anecdotal evidence which indicates that at least some of the Latinos are actually returning home, but mostly what they seem to be doing is wandering from U.S. state to U.S. state. and even trying to get into Canada–anywhere with a White government that will protect them, a White majority who will feed and sympathize and cuddle them, and greedy capitalist pigs who will say to hell with their own people and employ them for six bucks an hour.
Thirdly, all of these figures are just drops in the bucket. There are 20 million officially acknowledged illegal aliens in this country, almost all of them non-Whites from the Third World. I would not be surprised if the actual figure is closer to 30 million. And all the “legalized” Mexicans who got amnesties or citizenship because they were born here should NOT be ignored when it comes to counting up the cost of illegal immigration. They put a drain on the US economy as severe as their illegal alien cousins.
If the borders were hermetically sealed tomorrow and not one single more illegal alien ever got in, these unassimilable Mexicans would remain, devouring our substance and our medical care, overrunning and destroying our cities, and filling our public schools and prisons and flooding our land with drugs and crime. We need to eliminate the “anchor baby” problem and birthright citizenship. And we need to revoke the alleged US citizenship of all the millions of Mexicans, whose parents came her illegally.
