At least seven lawsuits in different states are challenging Obama’s citizenship right now.

The mainsteam media has finally reported on the Berg-Obama lawsuit, but -as usual for them- they waited until the judge dismissed the lawsuit in an extremely biased, arrogant and arbitrary court action. The mainstream media article falsely gives the impression that Berg’s lawsuit was somehow proven wrong while in reality the judge ruled that Philip J. Berg had “no standing” to file a lawsuit questioning Obama’s citizenship even though Mr. Berg (unlike Obama) is a natural born US citizen and the Constitution guarantees all of us that our presidents must satisfy certain criteria that Barack Obama does not.

Thankfully, Mr. Berg is in the process of filing an appeal to the Supreme Court. An article on his website notes “Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of ‘qualifications’ to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083. Berg said, ‘I am totally disappointed by Judge Surrick’s decision and, for all citizens of the United States, I am immediately appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court. This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States – the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world – then who does?”

Most prior presidential candidates were able to trace their family lines back several generations. Many of them made few -if any- trips outside the US. While it would be ridiculous to accuse one of them of not being a natural-born US citizen, the same cannot be said for Barack Obama. Both his parents traveled frequently outside the US and his father was NEVER a US citizen.

Consider the following points about Barack Obama:

* His African grandmother says he was born in Kenya.

* Two of his African half-siblings say he was born in Kenya.

* His dad was never a US citizen.

* His mom spent years outside the US –even becoming a citizen of Indonesia.

* His first and middle names “Barack Hussein” are much better suited to Kenya than the US.

* His mom thought she would be living in Kenya as Barack Senior pursued a political career there.

* His mom is known to have been in the Seattle area two or three weeks after he was born. (Was she perhaps traveling BACK to Hawaii after giving birth in Kenya?)

* He refused to show a judge his original birth document in a recent lawsuit.

All the eyewitnesses, who have bothered to come forward about where Obama was born have said he was born in Kenya. The only American eyewitness, who would know which country he was born in is Barack Obama’s White grandmother, who has refused to do interviews with the press since March 2008. Barack made two trips to Hawaii –interrupting his political campaign for president, even as he warned his supporters not to take victory for granted.

Is it possible that Barack Obama is afraid that his 86 year old White grandma might be getting a little senile and might let something slip about his country of origin to an increasing number of investigators, who are taking an interest in where exactly Obama was born?

In addition to Philip J. Berg appealing his case to the Supreme Court, Berg has announced that he has a videotape of Barack’s African grandmother saying that she was in the delivery room when Barack was born in Kenya.

It looks like Mr. Berg will soon have a lot of company in contesting Obama’s citizenship. One article notes “Its finally growing beyond the ‘blogisphere.’ Andy McCarthy of NRO Picked it up today and the number of Law Suits is up to eight States. Senator (Obama), if all IS kosher with your ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ then why don’t you tell Hawaii to release your Official Document?
