Six years ago Lionel Tate was sentenced to life in prison for killing a six year old girl. Liberal activists rallied to the defense of this Black criminal and were able to get him released from prison. Naturally Tate didn’t stay out of trouble first violating the terms of his parole and now robbing a pizza delivery man and beating a minor. An article from the Sun Sentinel reports “Lionel Tate, the youngest person in modern U.S. history to be sentenced to life in prison before he was released last year, has been arrested again — this time in connection with the armed robbery of a pizza delivery man. Tate, now 18, allegedly ordered four Domino’s pizzas from a Pembroke Park apartment Monday, and when the delivery man arrived, Tate ‘greeted him with a gun,’ said Broward Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Elizabeth Calzadilla-Fiallo. The delivery man returned to the restaurant and called police. Officers later arrested Tate in the area, Calzadilla-Fiallo said. It is the second time Tate has been arrested since he was released from prison early last year. Under terms of his most recent probation, he could be sent back to prison to serve a life sentence. If a twelve year old is old enough to kill someone through a vicious attack, he is old enough to get a life sentence. The same article notes “The jury, however, thought the girl’s injuries were too severe to be caused by an accident, and sentenced Tate to life without the possibility of parole.” The jury heard all the facts of the case and made the extraordinary decision to give a life sentence to this extraordinarily evil individual.

Most news reports of this pizza robbery incident DO NOT mention the fact that Lionel Tate also beat up a twelve-year old just prior to the robbery. By portraying Tate as a mere “pizza thief” the liberal media may be hoping to get him out of jail one more time. The Sun-Sentinel article notes “He (Tate) showed up at a 12-year-old acquaintance’s apartment… ‘He placed the [pizza] order and took off.’ But Tate didn’t go far. He waited downstairs until he saw Walter Ernesto Gallardo, 44, of Hollywood, show up with the four pizzas. As soon as Tate saw Gallardo, he ran back upstairs but the teen wouldn’t let him inside… Tate forced his way inside, beat up the 12-year-old and pointed a gun at Gallardo… Gallardo dropped the pizzas, tumbled down the stairs and went back to the restaurant and called police.”

Not only is Lionel Tate a brutal thug, he appears to enjoy attacking defenseless victims. He brutally attacked and killed a six year old girl when he was twelve. And now the 18 year old Tate has attacked a twelve year old. He is accused of threatening a pizza deliveryman with a gun and robbing him.

The jury that judged Lionel Tate the first time was right. Thanks to liberal activists and the liberal media, Tate has committed crimes against two more people. It is time to lock up Tate again and -this time- throw away the key.
