Just a few months ago, the neocons began a campaign to reinvent the reality of the Iraq War. Several neocon pundits effectively declared: “Things are just fine in Iraq, just a tiny amount of rebel activity. It’s that darn biased media which is focusing on a few unpleasant events.” Apparently the Iraqi rebels get Fox News (or perhaps the Internet) and found out about this neocon propaganda campaign. Naturally, they resented the attempt to belittle a rebel movement that took years to build up and which has been fighting toe-to-toe with the most powerful military in the world. The big mouths of the neocons inspired the rebels to step up their offensive to demonstrate the truth of the situation.

Now, the neocons have proclaimed that the New Orleans disaster was “not that bad.” The reports of Blacks running out of control, raping and murdering and looting were “exaggerated.” An L.A. Times article by Susannah Rosenblatt reports “‘It (the Superdome) just morphed into this mythical place where the most unthinkable deeds were being done,’ (Major Ed) Bush said Monday of the Superdome. His assessment is one of several in recent days to conclude that newspapers and television exaggerated criminal behavior in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, particularly at the overcrowded Superdome and Convention Center. The New Orleans Times-Picayune on Monday described inflated body counts, unverified ‘rapes,’ and unconfirmed sniper attacks as among examples of ’scores of myths about the dome and Convention Center treated as fact by evacuees, the media and even some of New Orleans’ top officials.’ “

Another news source mentions “On Sept. 1, with desperate Hurricane Katrina evacuees crammed into the convention center, Police Superintendent Eddie Compass — who resigned Tuesday with very little public explanation — reported: ‘We have individuals who are getting raped; we have individuals who are getting beaten.’ Five days later, he told talk show host Oprah Winfrey that babies were being raped. On the same show, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin warned: ‘They have people standing out there, have been in that frickin’ Superdome for five days watching dead bodies, watching hooligans killing people, raping people.’ The ugliest reports — children with slit throats, women dragged off and raped, corpses piling up in the basement — soon became a searing image of post-Katrina New Orleans. The stories were told by residents trapped inside the Superdome and convention center and were repeated by public officials. Many news organizations carried the witness accounts and official pronouncements, and in some cases later repeated the claims as fact, without attribution. But now, a month after the chaos subsided, police are re-examining the reports and finding that many of them have little or no basis in fact. They have no official reports of rape and no eyewitnesses to sexual assault. The state Department of Health and Hospitals counted 10 dead at the Superdome and four at the convention center. Two of those are believed to have been murdered.”

So that’s the new revised neocon summary of the New Orleans disaster: No verified rapes and just ten dead at the Superdome. And that little seven year old girl with her throat slit –didn’t happen.

Oh, what a snow job!!! What about those British students who were surrounded by aggressive Blacks and eventually removed from the Superdome so the natives wouldn’t massacre them??? I guess that didn’t happen either.

There are hundreds of stories emerging of unbelievable lawless behavior turning up on the Internet. Once again, the Internet deserves a lot more respect than the mainstream media with its gutless revisionists trying to tell us the Blacks didn’t rape and murder and loot.

Days after the worst of the Superdome violence, five gunmen (presumably Black gang-bangers) were shooting at engineering contractors and had to be gunned down by soldiers. The stories about Blacks shooting at helicopters and rescue workers come from a variety of sources. One helicopter crashed landed after flying over New Orleans and it’s unclear if gun fire might have helped bring down that aircraft.

One revisionist report is claiming “99 percent” of the people in the Superdome were “well-behaved” when law and order broke down. Yeah, right.

The story about the seven year old girl, who was raped and murdered and stuck in a freezer (possibly as food?) has had at least two revisions: I heard one revised story on the radio about a week ago claiming that the girl was a light-skinned Black. Now, Big Brother tells us this story never happened at all.

Assuming the Blacks did murder dozens of people in the Superdome, wouldn’t they want to throw the bodies (and evidence of their crimes) into the floodwaters. There are about 1,000 bodies so far being recovered. Another unverified report on the Internet from a rescue worker observed that 90 percent of the dead people floating in the floodwaters of New Orleans had been murdered. Now THAT is believable.

The city of New Orleans did not flood rapidly. Only three levees at the canals failed. Only the most helpless old people, hospital patients and infants would not be able to walk uphill and escape the flood. 80 percent of New Orleans eventually flooded over two days, but 20 percent was above sea level and would have been safe territory (except of course for the murderous rampaging Blacks).

Bush is in a “Cover your butt” mode. He fouled up big time in responding to the disaster and everyone knows this. Mike Brown and Michael Chertoff were both HUGE failures. Bush needs to minimize all the bad news, including stories about little White girls getting gang raped and murdered by Blacks. The mainstream media also has its own liberal motivation to censor stories about Black murderers and rapists running loose during a disaster. Americans need to search the Internet and use their common sense to determine what happened in New Orleans.
