Nobel Prize committee makes a monkey out of Obama by giving him an award for nothing.

The story of Obama’s Nobel Peace prize based on on his first eleven days in office is so ridiculous that even his own staff didn’t believe it. One of them asked “Is it April the 1st?” when he was told about the award. One wonders how even the notoriously leftist Nobel Peace Prize committee could be so dumb as to humiliate their own boy and make him the butt of international jokes.

Earlier Nobel Prize winners include the lunatic Al Gore, whose Global Warming theory has been proven false, as the earth has entered a period of Global Cooling over the last six years, and Nelson Mandela, who -contrary to liberal propaganda- was imprisoned for his role in a bombing that killed an elderly White woman. What do Al Gore, Nelson Mandela and Barack Obama all have in common? They’re all closet socialists. Apparently being of the far left persuasion helps a lot when it comes to getting the Nobel Peace Prize.

Now a news article reveals that “Three of the five members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee had objections to the Nobel Peace Prize being awarded to US President Barack Obama, the Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang (VG) reported Thursday. VG has spoken to a number of sources who confirmed the impression that a majority of the Nobel committee, at first, had not decided to give the peace prize to Barack Obama.”

Three out of five? That’s a majority. So why wasn’t the stupid idea quietly shelved? What the heck happened?

The article notes “In a surprise move last Friday, the Nobel committee attributed the Nobel Peace Prize to Obama less than nine months after he had taken office. The committee, appointed by the Norwegian parliament, honoured Obama for for his ‘extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.’ ”

The cut off date for nominations for the prize was not last week, but February 1st of this year. How Obama was able to achieve this “extraordinary effort” in his first eleven days is never explained by the august members of the committee.

The article continues ” ‘The committee was unanimous,’ its influential secretary Geir Lundestad told AFP on Friday. But Inger-Marie Ytterhorn, who represented the right-wing populist Progress Party on the committee, led the way in objecting to the choice of Obama because she questioned his ability to keep his promises, the newspaper said. It also said the representative of the Conservative Party, Kaci Kullmann Five, and Aagot Valle, the representative of the Socialist Left, had objections. The choice for Obama was however strongly supported by committee chairman Thorbjoern Jagland and Sissel Roenbeck, both representatives of the Labour Party. The members of the committee represent their parties but do not sit in Norway’s parliament.”

These die-hard liberals are so politically motivated they have little touch with the real world and have no idea how ridiculous they look to normal people. They have no sense of shame or sense of proportion, and so inadvertently they have done humanity a service by making their idol, Barack Obama, look exactly like what he is in real life—a fool. You might even say they made a monkey out of him.
