The Supreme Court was supposed to make a decision on whether it would review the Donofrio case challenging Obama’s citizenship, but nothing at all happened once again on what is certainly the most important legal case in many years. The Supreme Court won’t vote on whether they’re going to review the Obama citizenship issue until 10am Monday, Dec. 8th. Considering that the Electoral College is supposed to vote for the president on Dec. 15th, you’d think they would want to dive into this case as soon as possible and work through the weekend, assuming they want to resolve this case fairly and not just sweep it under the rug.

An article on one website covering the Donofrio case reports “First of all, I was notified that Dr. Taitz confirmed that the Supreme Court Justices weren’t making a decision until 10am Monday. Leo Donofrio has provided an update on the Supreme Court Docket, campaigns by other people and radio interviews today, Friday, December 5, 2008. ‘I must admit that past comments of mine regarding the docket entries of Nov. 19, one for the Justice Thomas referral and one for the distribution for conference, might not signify any affirmative action. I cannot get a straight answer from the Supreme Court despite many attempts. Different press sources have also received various explanations as well. I’ve examined other dockets for applications and I cannot say with any degree of certainty what the docket entries mean. I have requested an explanation from the Clerk numerous times and guidance from the Public Information Office. The PIO did try to help, moreso than the Clerk’s office, but I am more confused than ever. Muddying the waters is the Reporter’s Guide to Applications Pending Before the United States Supreme Court, specifically page 3. I am removing from my blog, all references which indicate any knowledge of what the docket entries mean. And let me go on the record to apologize if it turns out that my analysis of the docket was erroneous. I did the best I could with the information I had.”

Our legal system is not only ponderous and arbitrary; it is also borderline incomprehensible. It’s absolutely atrocious that someone, who has a case before the Supreme Court can’t even determine when a decision is being made or that he should suffer a sudden three day delay on an issue that is urgently time-dependent. All this can make one wonder if mysterious pressure groups are causing the case to be shoved onto a back burner or maybe into the trash compactor.

The Supreme Court is like a “black box” to us ordinary mortals. In past decades when liberals dominated the court, it has made incredibly bad rulings paving the way for federally-mandated reverse discrimination (also know as racial quotas) which have stolen jobs and promotions from millions of better qualified Whites so that less-qualified minorities can unfairly benefit at our expense. Apparently, it’s unjust to discriminate against Blacks on the basis of race, but it’s good, beneficial and official government policy to discriminate against Whites based on our race. Does this sound like justice to you?

Obama’s own African grandmother and a Kenyan ambassador have been recorded saying that Obama was born in Kenya. Obama lived in Indonesia for four years from 1967 to 1971. He was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather (which would make him an Indonesian citizen). Obama attended a school in Indonesia, which requires the students to be Indonesian citizens. And Obama almost certainly had an Indonesian passport from 1971 through 1986, which he used to travel back to the US and to Pakistan and Kenya. Obama’s first US passport was not issued to him until he became a US Senator (which is why it is believed he must have had an Indonesian passport for his earlier travels). Indonesia does not allow dual-citizenship so anyone with an Indonesia passport must be an Indonesian citizen, who has renounced any US citizenship (or Kenyan citizenship).

In the case of Obama, it all boils down to whether the Supreme Court has the guts to look at the evidence and uphold the Constitution or are they taking secret orders from powerful forces controlling our society to ignore the crystal clear Constitutional crisis that an Obama presidency would create.
