Bo Gritz proved the Poppy connection many years ago, when he was helping the Afghans kick the Russians out-not only did he prove it, he proved it was connected to George the First!

Maybe the Clinton's aren't the only ones with a slew of dead witnesses around them.

I think it near certain that Pat Tillman was murdered. The circumstances were just so very, very suspicious.

Look at them again.

1) His attack group approached Manah was in the evening - the very worst time for any kind of undetected operation. Also, the worst time to take casualties and evacuate them by air.

2) A Humvee broke down. And yet, that did not result in the mission being abandoned. US soldiers continued on foot - do you believe that?

3) They'd just killed one of their own scouts - then continued shooting.

4) Last, and most damningly, the army managed to conceal the (very well known) truth for 4 weeks. 100s of people allowed a complete pack of lies to be told to the US public and Tillman's family. Only soldiers deeply fearful would have kept a relatively unimportant secret even that long.

So why murder him? I don't know, but I can guess .... he'd have been murdered for knowing too much about one or both of these things:

1) Theft of US funds in eg Iraq (we know that $billions of cash was sent there and some/much went missing).

2) Drug-dealing while in Afghanistan ($millions to be made in the opium trade, which we know has rocketed since the fall of the Taliban - perhaps as much as 20 times).

But Pat Tillman cannot possibly be the first to witness this kind of carry on, so why was he murdered?

Answer, the US army tried and failed to compromise hime. His murder (likely) became essential when he refused to join a gang-rape (either Iraq or Afghanistan or both). To the army, this proved he was planning to spill the beans. He had to die. And once the army realised his intentions, he had to die quickly. Hence this absurd evening approach on Manah, just when the goat-herders were heading home, just when they were guaranteed to see the Rangers and alert the village.

And how did all this come about? Well, quite unusually, Pat Tillman volunteered for service because he believed in the action (or rather, believed the US could do good in Afghanistan). But he was extremely critical of the war in Iraq when he fought there first. The US army (more than most?) cannot afford to have principled people in its number, since they're systematically corrupt. They have to practise lots of killing, raping and looting to cover up the corruption, and have to compromise every one of their number (Tillman also couldn't be black-mailed over access to college eduation and medical benefits).

Tillman's family are not prepared to say what I've done - but they're clearly very angry. http://hartfordadvocate.com/gbase/News/content?oid=oid:113916
